EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Hampshire County's second recreational pot shop opened Saturday, and so far it's been nothing but smooth sailing.

When a 22News crew visited INSA Sunday afternoon lines were moving quickly and customers were walking in and out with no issues.

INSA CEO Mark Zatryka told 22News opening day went "flawlessly," and that the city of Easthampton received compliments rather than complaints from residents and business owners.

He added that 1,000 customers were served Saturday with a wait time of only between five and fifteen minutes. "The process that we have here really moves people along, so we get people what they need and get them back home," said Zatryka. "We couldn't be happier."

Leading up to the pot shop's opening, the city had several meetings with INSA's executive team to carefully plan traffic flow and parking.
