How Does It Work?
- Go to myinsa.com and select the 'Insa Express Pick-Up' in the navigation.
- Use the categories to narrow down and find the products you want. Click on the products for more information or to add the item to your cart.
- On the product page, select the quantity you want and add it to your cart. Once you have added all the desired products to your cart, click 'Checkout'.
- On the next page, you will be prompted to Login or Create a New Account.
- If you already have an account, simply login. Otherwise, fill out the Create Account form and click 'Continue'.
- In the ID Information page, enter your address and phone number. Upload a picture of the front of your medical card as well as the front of your State ID and click 'Continue'.
- In the Shipping Details page, enter your full name, address, and phone number. Add any special instructions, then click 'Continue'.
- On the Payment Details page, select 'Pay in Cash', then click 'Continue'.
- On the Place Order screen, acknowledge that your ID is being validated by closing the screen clicking on the x on the top right of the popup box. Review your order and click the Place order button once you confirmed its correct.
- An SMS (text message) will be sent to verify the order has been received.
- An Insa team member will review your order and if any changes are needed, we will notify you via phone to make the necessary adjustments.
- A follow-up SMS will be sent to approve the order and confirm it is being filled.
- Your order should be ready in thirty minutes or less.
- Store, consume and enjoy your Insa products responsibly.
During our opening for recreational sales, Insa reserves the right to suspend online ordering without notice.
As part of opening our doors to recreational customers, we have placed temporary limits on the amount of product patrons will be allowed to purchase.
Those limits are as follows:
One of Each Type of Concentrate
(Patrons can choose to buy one Wax, one Shatter AND one Live Sugar)
One Vape Pen/Cartridge/Pod
One 1/4th Ounce of Flower
Two Pre Rolls of any size
